Ducati Multistrada Parts

Multistrada is Italian for “many roads,” and it’s the perfect name for these extremely versatile bikes. Ducati created the Multistrada to offer fans a more upright, sport-touring-style bike. While certain competitors to the Multistrada offer some off-road capabilities, that’s a responsibility best left to the Scrambler-fabled Desmocross dirt bike that was never fully realized.

The Multistrada shines on the open road during long trips when its power-boosted 1200cc motor can be unleashed on the pavement. Ducati’s Spider Grips racing team demonstrated just how potent this power plant can be by winning the Pikes Peak international hill climb three years in a row from 2010 to 2012 with the aid of their Multistrada steeds.

Unlike Ducati’s pure sport bikes, which tend to enjoy short production runs and then be replaced by the next model, the Multistrada line has been with us for over 15 years now. Many variations of the bike have been released, from the entry-level 620 Dark with its smaller-displacement engine and matte-black color scheme to the Multistrada 1000DS that came with many of the high-tech features found on its 998 and 999 cousins. The most recent 1200cc offerings deliver extreme adjustability and up to 150 horsepower. You might think this would make finding Ducati Multistrada parts a challenge, but it’s a challenge we’re up to.
