Aprilia / Ducati / MV Agusta Carbon Front Brake Cooling Air Intake Ducts By CNC Racing.
Here at Design Corse, we are constantly looking for innovative products for our customers and thus we are happy to bring you and your motorcycle this astonishing bit of kit. The MotoGP-derived front brake carbon air ducts have been used by the Pramac Race team at MotoGP.
Made from plain 3k weave carbon fibre layers these air ducts help take in cold air and direct it to your brake discs which will be very hot from use especially if you're pushing it to its true potential.
A downside of using your brakes is as they heat up the discs and pads, the friction produced is the higher increasing temperature and often will result in glazes pads and brake discs. As most bikers know, the front brakes get used 80% if not more of the time and thus are a crucial element.
These pairs of carbon fibre air ducts you will cool your braking system components down thus improving braking performance and efficiency! The aerodynamics of the air ducts have been tested in a wind tunnel to get the right curvature for maximum airflow!
Each Model will have a special design fitting kit that consists of two black metal brackets that attach to the Brembo calliper bolts and piston housing bracket using the OEM bolts. Three size 10 Allen alloy bolts are provided to attach the mounting brackets to the carbon intake ducts. These Carbon fibre air intake ducts come in a smooth gloss finish or matt which undergo an autoclave process.
Don't forget that CNC Racing in collaboration has crafted special Pramac MotoGP® Team Edition Carbon front brake intake ducts. These are limited edition with the lovely team logo laser etched in blood red.
